How we ship and how much it costs to deliver your giclée & fine art prints
Mainland Portugal
Pigmento offers a flat fee of 5.90 EUR for mainland Portugal on all orders below 30.00 EUR (VAT included). For orders equal to or exceeding 30.00 EUR (VAT included), shipping to mainland Portugal is free of charge.
Azores & Madeira
For the Azores and Madeira archipelagos, shipping costs have a fixed rate of 10.90 EUR for all orders below 30.00 EUR (VAT included). For orders equal to or exceeding 30.00 EUR (VAT included), shipping to the Azores and Madeira islands is charged at 6.50 EUR.
Fast Delivery
We also provide a special rate for mainland Portugal with next-day delivery through CTT Expresso “Para Amanhã” service, charged at 6.50 EUR, regardless of the order value.
The transit time is announced by the carrier, and any responsibility for non-compliance with the indicated timeframes should be attributed to them (please see the terms and conditions indicated below).
For the Azores and Madeira islands please get in touch for fast delivery has these options are very much dependent on the package’s weight.

Our shippings always provide a CTT Expresso or DHL tracking number to monitor your orders. If you provide us with a mobile number, you will also receive status updates via SMS (service provided by the carrier)
VERY IMPORTANT
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide Pigmento with the correct and complete shipping address. Pigmento shall not be held accountable for unsuccessful or returned deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
In cases where delivery is unsuccessful because of recipient absence, customers are required to retrieve their package from the designated CTT/DHL post office or pick-up point indicated in the delivery notice. The notice also specifies a deadline for order collection. Failure to collect the order within this stipulated period will result in its return to Pigmento, which will arrange reshipment upon payment of new postage by the customer.
