- Pigmento has a flat rate of EUR 5.90 for mainland Portugal for all orders under EUR 30,00. For orders of EUR 30,00 or more, shipping to mainland Portugal is free of charge;
- We also have an “urgency rate” for mainland Portugal, with deliveries made on next day after ordering through the CTT Expresso “Dia Seguinte” service, charged at 6,50 EUR, whatever the value of your order;
- For the islands of the Azores and Madeira, shipping has a fixed rate of 10,90 EUR for all orders of 30,00 EUR or less. For orders of EUR 30,00 and above, shipping to the islands of the Azores and Madeira is charged at EUR 6,50;
- We do not offer urgent shipping to the islands of the Azores and Madeira archipelago or other destinations.

Our shipments always provide a CTT Expresso tracking number to track your orders. If you provide us with a mobile number, you will also receive status updates via SMS
Customer is the sole responsible for providing Pigmento with the correct and complete shipping address. Pigmento is not responsible for unsuccessful or returned deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Orders whose delivery is not accomplished due to the fact that the addressee is absent, oblige the customer to go pick up the package at the CTT post office stated in the delivery notice. In this notice the client can also find the deadline for order collection. If the client does not do so within the mandatory period, the order will be returned to Pigmento, which will reship it upon payment of new postage by the customer.
